We Hate Pershore

We know that here at We Hate Pershore we have more pet hates than most, but as we've proved time and again, they are justified. Please give a warm welcome to our latest pet hate, litter.

It's not as though the councils don't provide Pershore with bins, they are all over the place, and actually sited where the majority of the litter tends to accumulate. So is it just down to sheer laziness, or is there some underlying psychological problem that prevents Pershorites from using them?
